The Intern Club Community Guidelines

1. Be Respectful
Be kind and supportive to others. This community is for sharing, helping, and building one another up.

2. Privacy and Trust Matter
This community thrives on trust and mutual respect. Keep all shared content private within the group, and do not distribute resources or information outside of it. By maintaining this privacy, we create a positive and supportive environment where everyone feels safe to share and contribute.

3. Admins Ensure a Positive Experience
Admins are here to maintain a supportive and focused environment. If any behavior is disruptive, distracting, or negatively impacts the experience for others, admins have the right to intervene, including removing members if necessary. Our goal is to ensure everyone feels respected and supported.

4. No Offensive Content
Avoid posting anything offensive, inappropriate, or disrespectful, including in jokes, comments, or shared materials.

5. Be Mindful of What You Share
Remember that content shared in the community may be visible to others. Please be cautious and avoid sharing sensitive or personal information that you wouldn’t want exposed publicly. Protect your privacy and the privacy of others by carefully considering what you post.

6. Constructive Feedback Only
When giving feedback, be constructive and supportive. Help others grow by offering useful insights rather than harsh criticism.

7. Give More Than You Take
Make sure to provide more feedback and help than you request. This is a supportive community, and we thrive when everyone contributes.

8. Ask for Help, But Respect Others’ Boundaries
Feel free to ask for help, but also be mindful of others’ time and privacy. Don’t pressure anyone to provide more than they’re comfortable with.

9. Keep It Professional
Maintain professionalism in your interactions. This community is geared toward helping you advance in your career.

10. No Self-Promotion
Do not use the community to promote personal services, products, or businesses unless explicitly allowed.
